A few things I’ve learned the hard way about Christmas outfits: order the graphic sweatshirts early, because the good ones sell out by the first week of December and then it’s all XXL or nothing. Size up in the sweatshirts if you want that slouchy look. And if you’re torn between a sweater and a sweatshirt — the sweatshirt. Every time. You’ll wear it on the couch after.
