It’s starting to feel like fall outside and I’m here for it! Don’t get me wrong, I love pool days and patio sitting… but there’s something about that cooler fall air that get’s me! I recently scrolled the pages of Old Navy to check out some transition pieces to take me from late summer through fall. I think you’re going to love these fall outfits from Old Navy as much as I am.
One thing I wasn’t a fan of…
I’m usually a fan of high rise jeans, but these extra high rise jeans did absolutely nothing for me. They left me with a saggy rear and just not a great fit. Unfortunately, these jeans were a big NO for me, but I wanted to still share the bad with all the good I found.
Fall Outfits from Old Navy I Loved
I’m very picky when it comes to a bodysuit. If it’s a thong style, it’s a hard pass. Fortunately, Old Navy is here to save the day because their bodysuits are all full coverage!
Wear the bodysuit as is for date night, or layer it up with a jacket, blazer or cardigan to cover the shoulders.
Sizing tip with bodysuits: I always go up to a small so there is a better fit through the torso.
I’ll always be a sweatshirt girl in the fall. This henley style if perfect because the buttons give a nice change up from a traditional hoodie or crewneck sweatshirt. Paired with a pair of boyfriend jeans and booties and I’m ready to enjoy lunch on a patio somewhere!
Give me a puff sleeve and I’m sold. Love this blouse for the office or some weekend fun. The polka dots are threaded on which gives it so much more detail.
Dresses can make some of the simplest outfits. Why? Because one piece of clothing covers the entire body. There is a lot less matching pieces together when going with a dress. This one has a cut out in the back but you truly can’t tell which leaves it appropriate for work and church also!
Don’t worry, throwing on a flannel in the fall isn’t going to leave you looking like a homeless Kid Rock like the meme that goes around on social media. LOL You can totally do it the right way! I grabbed this one because it came in our school colors and felt it would be perfect for those Friday Night Lights games.
