Here I am, inching closer to my 40’s and that’s made a big difference in my swimsuit preference. Until three years ago, I didn’t even own a one piece swimsuit. I’ve always been blessed with my mother’s high metabolism so a cute bikini was my go to. As my kids are getting older I tend to prefer being more covered on pool days, especially if they have friends over. I prefer shopping the Amazon one piece swimsuits because of the large selection of styles to choose from.
Sizing Tips: I’m 5’3 and 115 pounds. Wearing a size small in all suits.
This swimsuit was a new one I added to my collection last summer. I’m a fan of the Hilor brand swimsuits and loved the braided detail and ruching across the stomach.
Well, hello! This suit is here to tell you that just because it’s a one piece doesn’t mean it can’t still be sassy. It may be a bit revealing in the front, but the full coverage rear helps balance things out.
This was my first of the Amazon one piece swimsuits I purchased. I guess you can tell by the camera quality it’s been around for a bit. LOL. Sizing is a little different, and I did a size 6 on this one for the perfect fit!
Obviously I have a thing for ruffles on my swimsuits. They give just a bit of fun up top! Ruffles on the top are also great if you’re smaller chested. It will give the look of more dimension than what’s really there.
The style of this suit gives me 70’s vibes, but the scallops soften it up a bit. I also have a bikini that’s similar to this with the scallops. Unfortunately my kimono is sold out, or I’d share it with you also.
