T minus 3 days until Turkey day. Our favorite holiday to stuff ourselves more than the turkey and purge of football. I’m sharing with you some outfit inspiration to help keep you comfortable during Thanksgiving dinner without wearing yoga pants.
Tee / Sweater / Bootie / Earrings / Boot
My absolute favorite cardigan that I’m so glad I took the splurge on. I love to layer up for the holidays. You never know if Aunt Frannie’s furnace is going to be stuck on 80 or 65. Layering helps ensure your going to be comfy no matter where you go. I have smaller legs, so I’m loving on these over the knee boots that cinch a bit at the top to keep them from gapping. They are so soft they conform to your leg and make it easy while driving. I also load up on these B.P twist front tees. The little mock tuck they give helps give that basic tee a not so basic look. Throw on some jewels and you’re all set.
Boot / Tunic / Necklace / Bootie / Leggings
If you want to take your sweater game up a notch check out this off the shoulder tunic sweater. Plenty long enough to pair with leggings- stretchy pants for dinner…Yes! Throw on a pair of over the knee boots or booties and a necklace and your ready to eat all the turkey and fixings your heart desires.
Boot / Bootie / Scarf / Dress / Slouch Boot / Heeled Bootie
Grab this cotton flowy dress for under $30. It comes in multiple colors but I always seem to veer towards warm tones for Thanksgiving. This dress will go great with boots, booties, heeled or flat. Accessorize with a wrap scarf to finish it off.
Grey Boot / Dress / Boot / Bootie
I can honestly say this picture doesn’t do this dress justice. I have this dress (got it last year for Christmas) and recently wore it to my sister in law’s birthday party. It’s so cute and “frilly” in a sense but not like 5 year old frilly. LOL When I wore it I wore my burgundy over the knee boots and it was a hit. If you can’t take the jump to the burgundy boots, go with a gray pair of boots or booties and it will look just as amazing!
Dress / Scarf / Boot / Necklace / Bootie
This dress… I have the sleeveless version and the long sleeve is in my shopping cart. It truly fits awesome and that little bit of ruching will definitely hide the fact you had two slices of pumpkin pie instead of one. Pair it with either a necklace or scarf to accessorize. Depending on your weather go with either these adorable open toe booties or again, my favorite over the knee boots.
Can’t wait to see what your favorite styles are for Thanksgiving. Just remember you can still go with comfort and look good while doing it. No going grocery shopping in your pajama pants from this blogger.
Happy Turkey Day~ go for the extra pie 😉
