Target is probably the only store I actually enjoy strolling the aisles at. Unfortunately, here lately I haven’t been strolling the aisles anywhere so I feel like I’ve missed out on a lot of the goods at Target because of that. So, last week I sat down with my laptop, a glass of wine while binging Sweet Magnolia’s on Netflix and did some virtual Target aisle walking.

It’s not that I was really shopping for anything in particular, but just what happened to catch my eye [that usually never ends well]. I was in need of some every day shorts, especially what I call my mowing shorts.

My Favorite Target New Arrivals:

I’m wearing my regular size in these $14 shorts and as long as I keep them right at mid-waist they’re perfect. You could possibly size down, but that wasn’t an option for me. I kept them because they were worth the price and perfect for working around the house!

My friend Ryanne from The Recruiter Mom was raving about these shorts so I had to check them out. They’re only $25 super thin material that dries quickly when your husband may throw you in the pool fully dressed [he paid for that one]… They also have a deep enough pocket that will hold your phone so you don’t lose it in a porta john while you’re at the races with the boys. 😉

Date nights seem like a thing of the past, but I’m ready to get out there and support the poor restaurants that may not make it out of this mess if we don’t. Perfect outfit for date night. I love how this $25 top can be worn both on or off the shoulder! It is thin, but not see thru.

I’m a sucker for Free People, but I hate the price tag. The Knox Rose brand at Target gives me all the vibes for a fraction of the price. This top with the embroidery is perfect for now and heading into fall!

Can I please just head somewhere with palm trees and blue waters? Pretty please?! This outfit definitely ranks up there as one of my favorites from this haul, I’ve already worn it a few times! The shorts fit TTS and the ruffle detail gives you a little more length in the front and back. I did size up to a small in the tank.

Ok, you know those super soft sweatshirts with that crushed fleece on the inside?? This is that! I’m blown away this sweatshirt is only $20! It has some fun distressing, but it doesn’t show off anything it shouldn’t. I did size up to a small since it seemed like a crop style and the fit is perfect! I’m going back for the other two colors.

Tie dye has taken the internet and all retailers by storm, but how about some marbling? It still gives a little bit of a tie dye feel, but something different. This sweatshirt isn’t super heavy which is great for summer and fall. I sized up to a small here also since I hate my sweatshirts when they fit me tight in the shoulders. Under $25 is a total steal too.

I’m not sure about you, but I’m glad I grabbed that glass of wine and did some virtual strolling through Target from my couch. Hope you love some of these Target new arrivals as much as I do!
