The weather has been perfect recently as we’ve hit Indian summer. We had a cold spell and now we have beautiful 70 degree days with the cooler nights. Today was the perfect day to enjoy a fall cocktail and have an apple cider mimosa with friends on the porch!
What You Need
- Prosecco
- Apple Cider
- Cinnamon & Sugar
- Maple Syrup
How to Make an Apple Cider Mimosa
Rim the glass with maple syrup then coat it with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. I only rimmed a section of the glass more for decoration.
Pour the desired amount of prosecco and add apple cider. This apple cider was pretty sweet, so for the next glass I opted for just a splash of the apple cider.
My Favorite Proseccos
When it comes to a prosecco or champagne I can sometimes be a little picky. I love the bubbly but prefer a middle shelf champagne.
